The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the notification for the UGC-NET December 2025 examination.    सभी छात्रों को स्कूल समय के दौरान मोबाइल फोन लाने पर पूरी तरह रोक लगा दी गई है। यदि कोई छात्र फोन लाता है, तो स्कूल प्रशासन उस पर कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार रखेगा।

2. शिक्षकों पर नियम:
   शिक्षकों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे कक्षा में प्रवेश करने से पहले अपने मोबाइल फोन को स्कूल के कार्यालय या किसी सुरक्षित स्थान पर जमा कराएँ। शिक्षकों के लिए यह नियम इसलिए लागू किया गया है ताकि वे पढ़ाई के दौरान पूरी तरह से विद्यार्थियों पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर सकें और फोन के इस्तेमाल से पढ़ाई प्रभावित न हो।

3. आपात स्थिति के लिए व्यवस्था:
   आपातकालीन स्थिति में संवाद बाधित न हो, इसके लिए शिक्षा विभाग ने यह स्पष्ट किया है कि स्कूल प्रशासन को लैंडलाइन फोन या अन्य वैकल्पिक संचार साधन उपलब्ध कराना अनिवार्य होगा।

4. सभी स्कूलों पर लागू:
   विभाग ने सभी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारियों, उप-निदेशकों और प्रधानाचार्यों को आदेश दिया है कि इस नियम को हर स्कूल में सख्ती से लागू कराया जाए।

क्यों लिया गया यह फैसला?

शिक्षा विभाग ने पाया है कि मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग आजकल ध्यान भटकाने का बड़ा कारण बन गया है।

• छात्र कक्षाओं में पढ़ाई पर ध्यान देने की बजाय सोशल मीडिया, गेमिंग और चैटिंग में समय बर्बाद करते हैं।

• शिक्षक भी कभी-कभी कक्षा संचालन के दौरान कॉल रिसीव करने या अन्य निजी कार्यों में उलझ जाते हैं, जिससे पढ़ाई प्रभावित होती है।

• लगातार नोटिफिकेशन और स्क्रीन पर समय बिताने से बच्चों के मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और व्यवहार पर भी नकारात्मक असर पड़ रहा है।

यही वजह है कि शिक्षा विभाग ने यह सख्त कदम उठाया है ताकि स्कूलों को पूरी तरह अध्ययन-केंद्रित वातावरण बनाया जा सके।

स्कूलों की जिम्मेदारी

आदेश में कहा गया है कि सभी स्कूल अपने परिसर में इस निर्देश को लागू करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे। उन्हें नोटिस बोर्ड पर इसका उल्लेख करना होगा और छात्रों व अभिभावकों दोनों को नियमों की जानकारी देनी होगी।
