The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the UGC NET December 2025 admit cards on its official website. Candidates appearing for the December 2025 session of the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) can now download their hall tickets from ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

The admit cards have been issued for examinations scheduled between 31 December 2025 and 7 January 2026. The UGC NET examination is being conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode in two shifts each day across various centres in the country.

How to Download UGC NET December 2025 Admit Card

Candidates can follow these steps to access their hall ticket:

  1. Visit the official website — ugcnet.nta.nic.in

  2. Click on the link titled “UGC NET December 2025 Admit Card”

  3. Enter application number and date of birth/password

  4. Submit details and download the admit card

  5. Take a printout for exam day use

The admit card contains important information such as:

  • Candidate’s name and roll number

  • Exam date and shift timing

  • Subject and paper details

  • Examination centre address

  • Important instructions for candidates

Candidates are advised to carefully verify all details mentioned on the admit card. In case of any discrepancy, they should immediately contact the NTA helpdesk.

Exam Day Instructions

  • Carry a printed copy of the admit card

  • Bring a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, etc.)

  • Reach the exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned

  • Electronic gadgets and prohibited items are not allowed inside the centre
