प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने स्वतंत्रता दिवस 2025 के मौके पर लाल किले से देश को संबोधित करते हुए “प्रधानमंत्री विकसित भारत रोजगार योजना” (PM-VBRY) की औपचारिक शुरुआत की। यह महत्वाकांक्षी योजना आज, 15 अगस्त 2025 से पूरे देश में लागू हो गई है। सरकार ने इसके लिए 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये का विशाल बजट निर्धारित किया है, जिसका लक्ष्य अगले दो वर्षों में लगभग 3.5 करोड़ रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करना है। इनमें से करीब 1.92 करोड़ ऐसे युवा होंगे जिन्हें पहली बार रोजगार मिलेगा।

योजना को दो हिस्सों में बांटा गया है। पहला भाग (Part A) उन युवाओं के लिए है जो पहली बार नौकरी शुरू कर रहे हैं और जिनकी मासिक आय 1 लाख रुपये तक है। इन कर्मचारियों को सरकार उनके EPF वेतन का एक माह का समकक्ष (अधिकतम ₹15,000) दो किस्तों में देगी। पहली किस्त छह महीने की लगातार सेवा पूरी करने के बाद और दूसरी किस्त 12 महीने पूरे करने के साथ-साथ वित्तीय साक्षरता पाठ्यक्रम पूरा करने पर मिलेगी। इस दूसरी किस्त का एक हिस्सा एक बचत उपकरण में जमा होगा, जिससे लाभार्थियों की वित्तीय सुरक्षा भी सुनिश्चित हो सके।

दूसरा भाग (Part B) नियोक्ताओं को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए बनाया गया है। इसमें, नए कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति करने वाले नियोक्ताओं को प्रत्येक संविलयित कर्मचारी पर प्रति माह अधिकतम ₹3,000 तक का प्रोत्साहन दिया जाएगा। यह प्रोत्साहन सामान्य श्रेणी में दो वर्ष और विनिर्माण क्षेत्र में चार वर्ष तक मिलेगा। योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए न्यूनतम दो (50 से कम कर्मचारियों वाले संस्थान) या पांच (50 से अधिक कर्मचारियों वाले संस्थान) नए कर्मचारियों की भर्ती और छह माह की निरंतर सेवा जरूरी होगी।

योजना के तहत सभी भुगतान डायरेक्ट बेनिफिट ट्रांसफर (DBT) के माध्यम से होंगे—कर्मचारियों के लिए Aadhar-Bridge Payment System (ABPS) और नियोक्ताओं के लिए PAN-लिंक्ड बैंक खाते के जरिए। सरकार का मानना है कि यह योजना न केवल युवाओं को औपचारिक रोजगार में लाएगी, बल्कि देश की आर्थिक गति को भी तेज करेगी।

Patna – The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued a significant recruitment notification for 539 Associate Professor vacancies in Government Engineering Colleges operating under the Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education, Bihar.
