BPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025: Vacancies Released in 14 Subjects, Apply from July 15

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Professors in 14 different subjects under the Ayush Medical Services. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.

MD/MS (Ayurveda) in the relevant subject.

The degree must be recognized by the Indian Medical Council / National Commission for Indian System of Medicine.

Completion of a compulsory internship.

Valid registration with State/Central Ayurvedic Medical Council.

Must hold a valid Teacher Code issued by the Ministry of AYUSH.

Age Limit (as of 01 August 2025):

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

Academic qualifications

Experience in teaching/research

Interview performance

Merit will be prepared by evaluating academic credentials, teaching experience, and interview marks.

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will receive a salary under Pay Matrix Level 11:

Basic Pay: ₹15,600 – ₹39,100

Grade Pay: ₹6,600

Gross Salary (approx.): ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (inclusive of allowances)
