ICAI CA Result 2025: Final, Intermediate & Foundation Results to be Declared on July 6

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced that the results for the CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final exams held in May 2025 will be declared on Sunday, July 6. Candidates can check their scorecards by visiting the official websites –http://icai.nic.in or icaiexam.icai.org — using their roll number and registration details. The CA Final and Intermediate results are expected around 2 PM, while the Foundation results will be out by 5 PM.

How to Check Your Result
1. Visit icai.nic.in or icaiexam.icai.org.
2. Click the result link for Final, Intermediate, or Foundation (May 2025).
3. Enter your Roll Number and Registration Number.
4. Submit and download your scorecard.
Passing Criteria
Each paper: minimum 40%
Aggregate per group: at least 50%
Candidates scoring 70%+ in aggregate at one sitting in CA Final, Intermediate, or Foundation will receive a “Pass with Distinction.”
What Happens After Results?
Campus Placement Registration: Opens from 10 July to 20 July 2025
Placement Drives: Starting August–September 2025, for both new and eligible past candidates.
